A felt pocket that hangs at the edge of the bed. A flat flap slides under the mattress, and the pocket sits against the side of the bed, within reach when you are lying down.

The main pocket has felt dividers along the back, and there are two slip pockets on the front. It is sized for a remote, a phone, glasses and a book. Nice soft felt and good size for a phone, book, and remotes. If you put a heavy hardcover textbook in it the outer lip bows out a bit, so keep it to normal bedside stuff.
